🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior – IT & DevOps | BFSI Domain 📍 Location: Noida | 🧭 Reports to: CTO/CIO | 🕘 Type: Full-time Join us to lead IT infrastructure, DevOps, and security in a high-growth, regulated BFSI environment. You’ll drive cloud strategy, automation, and compliance (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI), while ensuring high availability, governance, and digital transformation. 🔧 What You’ll Own: Define & implement IT/DevOps strategy across cloud/on-prem systems Build & manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) Infra as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Lead uptime, DR/BCP, security (ISO 27001, PCI DSS) Ensure audit-readiness & regulatory compliance Lead a cross-functional tech team & manage vendors/MSPs 🎯 What You Bring: 10+ years in IT/DevOps; 4+ in BFSI leadership roles Expertise in AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Strong BFSI compliance knowledge (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) Bonus: AWS/DevOps certs, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead 🧠 Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, strong communication, stakeholder savvy.
