Legal Intern

Our legal team plays a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and supporting business growth with sound legal guidance. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our in-house legal team. The intern will work closely with senior legal counsel on a variety of tasks, including contract review, regulatory research, documentation, and internal compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents. Assist in preparation of legal notices, responses, and documentation for litigation (if any). Maintain proper records of legal documents and contracts. Requirements 3rd year and above (5-year law course) or final year (3-year LLB). Strong legal research and drafting skills. Interest in fintech law, financial regulations, and technology. Familiarity with RBI, SEBI, and other financial regulators’ frameworks is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills.
