As the Director of Human Resources at one of the leading global platforms for radiology AI solutions, your role will be pivotal in shaping the organization's HR function and serving as a strategic partner to the business leadership. Your expertise in HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition will be crucial in driving the organization's growth in the technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that are in line with the organization's business objectives. - HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, focusing on workforce planning, organizational development, and enhancing employee engagement. - Compensation & Benefits: Design and oversee competitive compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent within the organization. - Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end hiring process to create a high-performing workforce, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a robust talent pipeline. - HR Operations: Streamline and enhance HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and excellence in all HR functions. - Culture & Engagement: Foster an inclusive and innovative culture that encourages collaboration and professional development among employees. Key Requirements: - 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on SaaS, technology, or product-based organizations. - Proficiency in HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition functions. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving work environment. - An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institute is preferred.,
