Digital Marketing Specialist Position: Digital Marketing Specialist ‍ Required Experience: 5-8 years ‍ Location: Mohali (WFO) ‍ Salary: Good hike on CTC Working ‍ Days: 5 days Company Overview ‍ Webmob Software Solutions is a fintech company based in North India. We are leading service providers in the space of emerging technologies including Blockchain, AI, ML, IOT, and cloud computing . With a global, renowned clientele, we have developed several robust applications in the space of Trade Finance, Money Market, Asset Tokenization, and Supply Chain. Webmob is currently having expertise in Java, Kotlin, PHP, Python, Go, MEAN and MERN stack. Our specialties include Fintech product development, Blockchain development and consultancy, website development, graphic designing, digital marketing, application development, AWS support, infrastructure handling, IOT, AI, and ML. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all digital marketing activities and regularly report on progress. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute all SEO efforts, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy. Monitor, analyze, and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement in search rankings. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/PPC: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) from strategy to execution, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, and budget management. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management. Manage paid social media campaigns and analyze their effectiveness. Content Marketing: Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with brand messaging. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, automation, and performance analysis. Manage email platforms and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to internal stakeholders. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results (e.g., increased traffic, leads, conversions, ROI). In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with: SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. PPC platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. Social Media platforms & analytics: Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Email Marketing Platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. (Any other tool) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and online advertising.
