Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, secure, and cultivate business relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. The Senior Business Development Executive will work closely with the Head of Business Development & Sales Operations to develop strategies that drive new business growth and increase revenue. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle. Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business deals. Youll be expected to travel within and outside the city / outside the job location although the extent to which this is the case will depend on where the Client is based. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Work closely with the marketing, SEO, PPC, and content teams to develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively. Requirements Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive , Sales Executive, or similar role in the digital marketing, advertising & media industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to achieve sales targets by bringing in a specified number of new clients within the timeline is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
