Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business deals.
  • Youll be expected to travel within and outside the city / outside the job location although the extent to which this is the case will depend on where the Client is based.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing, SEO, PPC, and content teams to develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive , Sales Executive, or similar role in the digital marketing, advertising & media industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets by bringing in a specified number of new clients within the timeline is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
