Position: Senior Business Development Executive – Property Valuation

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
• OR
• Graduate/MBA with strong Business Development experience in real estate, valuation, or engineering services.

Experience: 3 – 7 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Business Development operations for the Delhi region independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, corporates, and government clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with technical/valuation teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable valuation solutions.
• Prepare proposals, maintain client databases, and support negotiation processes.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
• Prepare MIS reports, business summaries, and performance updates for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and business development strategies.
• Guide junior BD executives when needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take full responsibility for the Delhi region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability.
• Knowledge of property valuation / civil / real estate sector is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
