Reconciliation of petty cash & UCO funds & Diesel funds On daily basis track UCO funds in MIS Statement report Once UCO funds goes down request for UCO funds as per future requirement. On daily basis maintain diesel consumption cost record using vehicle reading. Maintain the diesel funds as per weekly requirement. 2. Ensure all the GRN entries in SAP for the UCO Collected On daily basis UCOEs will generate the invoices for collected qty using beatroute app and they post in Whats app group with payment screen short for the reference. Complete all the GRN entries for the collected qty with the references of invoices using SAP. Match the stock of SAP with the physical depot stock.
