Digital Marketing Lead

Position Summary

This role will be pivotal in building our digital presence from the ground up. You will lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns tailored to the Indian market, while also ensuring full alignment with Nu Skin’s global brand identity, messaging, and compliance standards. This is a full-stack digital role—requiring creative thinking, executional expertise, and the ability to collaborate across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Collaboration

• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a localized digital marketing strategy that supports business objectives during pre-launch and launch phases.
• Collaborate closely with Nu Skin’s global marketing teams to adapt and align local initiatives with global strategic direction, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Participate in regular cross-functional meetings with global stakeholders to ensure local digital campaigns are integrated with global launches, tools, and systems.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

• Create and manage content for multiple digital platforms including social media, web, email, paid media, and distributor enablement tools.
• Customize global assets and marketing materials for the Indian audience, ensuring consistency with Nu Skin’s visual and editorial standards.
• Launch and manage full-funnel digital campaigns—awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention—with a focus on ROI.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Launch and grow Nu Skin India’s presence on key social platforms, building brand awareness and community engagement.
• Develop influencer and affiliate strategies that align with brand values and compliance guidelines.
• Partner with distributor leaders and field teams to support digital marketing activation at the grassroots level.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Set up and manage tools, vendors, and platforms required for digital execution (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, CMS, email systems).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and optimizations based on data.
• Ensure all content and campaigns are compliant with corporate and local regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a launch or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns in India.
• Strong content creation skills (social media, web, email) and the ability to localize global materials.
• Familiarity with global brand governance and experience working with international marketing teams.
• Deep knowledge of Indian digital consumer trends, social platforms, and media landscape.
• Experience in wellness, beauty, or direct selling industries is a strong plus.
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Indian languages a plus.
