Job Title: Vice President of Sales – India Market Head Location: Mumbai, India Reports To: VP New Market Development Job Type: Full-Time | Executive Level Position Overview Nu Skin is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Sales to lead the strategic launch and expansion of our India market. As the Market Head , this role is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of the annual business plan. The successful candidate will drive Nu Skin’s mission of empowering people to improve lives through innovative, science-based products and an industry-leading social commerce platform. This executive will be accountable for sales performance, field leadership development, customer acquisition strategies, team leadership, and the integration of marketing, operations, and financial planning. As the face of Nu Skin in India, the VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping the market to reach a projected revenue of approximately $300 million within the next 3–5 years. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution : Lead the strategic development and execution of annual business plans that align with Nu Skin's global objectives and local market dynamics. Sales & Field Development : Design and implement sales roadmaps, field leadership alignment, success frameworks, and performance-driven promotional campaigns. Market Profitability & ROI : Oversee budget allocation, optimize resource use, and ensure profitable growth across the India market. Digital & Social Commerce Leadership : Champion Nu Skin’s digitally enabled, affiliate-led social commerce model to build a strong customer base and affiliate pipeline. Leadership Development : Mentor and develop high-performing direct reports, focusing on leadership succession, performance management, and talent cultivation aligned with Nu Skin Way principles. Marketing Integration : Partner with marketing to deliver compelling local and regional promotions that support sales leaders and customer acquisition while keeping a global perspective. Customer-Centric Strategy : Balance business contribution from sales leaders and end-customers, driving increased customer volume and retention. Employee Engagement : Champion initiatives to support employee development, including actioning feedback from employee engagement surveys. Compliance & Governance : Ensure operations comply with all local legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while aligning with Nu Skin’s global governance policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, including 10+ years in supervisory roles Proven C-suite or executive leadership experience in a high-growth environment Deep knowledge of the direct selling industry, preferably within global or emerging markets Experience launching or scaling operations in a new international market, ideally India Familiarity with digital transformation, e-commerce, and affiliate-based business models Demonstrated success in leading a business with $50M–$100M+ in revenue and managing teams of 100+ employees Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities High emotional intelligence and a proven ability to build and manage strong cross-functional relationships Why Nu Skin At Nu Skin, we are dedicated to being a global force for good by empowering individuals to improve their lives.
