This is not a support role.
We are looking for a single-owner Growth & Digital Marketing Lead who will completely responsible in making our product 'TWINGS’ presence in online, work directly with the Founder, and drive brand visibility, engagement, and inbound growth.
You will decide:
Key Responsibilities (High Ownership Role)
Own and manage TWINGS’ complete online presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Website, Blogs)
Translate Founder vision, product launches, customer wins, accuracy milestones, and innovations into strong digital content.
Define and execute content strategy, storytelling framework, and content calendar.
Drive continuous engagement: comments, DMs, communities, conversations, and brand recall.
Build thought leadership for SproutWings in telematics, fleet tech, AI dashcams, and mobility.
Plan and execute growth campaigns for products like GPS, AI Dashcams, Fuel Monitoring & School Solutions
Track analytics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and inbound leads
Work closely with design, video, sales, and product teams
Ensure consistent TWINGS brand voice across all digital channels
Experiment fast, learn faster, and scale what works
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
