Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure optimal

performance and growth.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the success of the

department.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social

media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness and ROI

Content Strategy:

• Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital

channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Website Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and maximum

visibility in search engine results.

• Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement updates and enhancements as needed.

Budget Management:

• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve desired outcomes within

budget constraints.

• Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on budget performance.

Required skills:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

▪ Proven experience for more than 6 years in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and

projects.

▪ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

▪ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.

▪ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

▪ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

▪ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels

of the organization.

▪ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and ROI.

▪ Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
