Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns, manage a team, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage digital marketing team (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content)
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics & Automation tools
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate / corporate branding / agency background
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
