Key Responsibilities: Reach out to new and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistent support. Actively listen and empathize to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Address customer queries and concerns professionally and on time. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and pitch relevant services. Follow up with leads and prospects for sales conversion. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate client records, follow-up logs, and communication history. Conduct feedback calls and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the customer experience.
