Mernstack -Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a MERN Stack Team Lead with strong hands-on development experience and project management skills. The candidate will lead a team of fresher developers, provide technical support, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery of web applications using Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Review code, optimize performance, and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to the team.
• Integrate APIs and maintain backend and frontend functionalities.

Project Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior/fresher developers.
• Plan, organize, and execute development projects end-to-end using Agile methodology.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress using project management tools (Jira, etc.).
• Coordinate with management and stakeholders for requirement gathering and updates.
• Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in MERN Stack (React, Node, Express, MongoDB).
• Proven project management skills with Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, deployment, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to guide freshers and ensure productivity in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years to maximum 6 years of experience in MERN development with project management / team lead experience.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
