Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in handling IT/software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for software, web, and mobile application development projects.

Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, and reports.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively.

Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Drive teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT/software industry.

Strong knowledge of Agile

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Preferred Skills

Agile certification (added advantage).

Experience managing client relationships and offshore projects.

Familiarity with digital marketing or product-based IT projects.
