Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
Develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies using MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, Word.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Ensure effective communication among team members through regular status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
Identify potential roadblocks early on and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management with expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) or Waterfall approach.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.B.A/ B.M.S /B.B.A/ B.M.S).
Strong understanding of Project Life Cycle stages including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control phases.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel for data analysis; PowerPoint for presentations; Word for documentation.
