Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across
SEO, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, display, and social ads
.
Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits to improve organic visibility.
Manage and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) to achieve growth objectives.
Develop landing pages, ad copies, and A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.
Track, measure, and report on performance metrics (traffic, leads, CAC, ROI, etc.).
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in
performance marketing
, preferably in a
B2C environment
.
Hands-on expertise in
SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
and campaign management.
Strong experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Good to Have:

Exposure to
stock markets, trading, or financial services
.
Experience in growth hacking tactics and marketing automation tools.
