Performance Marketer

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketer, your main responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results such as leads, ROI, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to enhance outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. - Optimize campaigns for key metrics including Leads, CPL, ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rates. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and drive optimization of marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with teams on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets. - Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates, particularly on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. - Monitor competitors" strategies and suggest improvements to enhance performance. - Continuously test and implement new marketing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
