About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in driving measurable outcomes through structured testing, optimization, and data-backed decision-making. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and optimize ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Track daily performance and share insights for improvements.
• Test different creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure good returns on ad spend.
• Work with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
• Stay updated on new trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with result oriented portfolio and project work.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of metrics such as cost per click, cost per action, click-through rate, return on Ad spend, and conversion funnels.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel or similar data tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.
