Performance Marketer

Digital Zero Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who has a strong command over affiliate networks, a strategic mindset for paid acquisition, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably across Meta, Snap, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate understands how to tap the right audience nerve driving high-quality traffic and optimizing CAC/LTV across multiple channels.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, run & optimize Meta (FB/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
• Analyse performance data and improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC
• Conduct audience research & create high-converting funnels
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies & visuals
• Track daily/weekly campaign performance
• A/B testing of creatives, audiences & landing pages
• Creative mindset to identify trends and craft resonant campaigns.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Ability to scale campaigns profitably
• Knowledge of GA4, pixels, tracking, and retargeting
• Creative mindset with problem-solving attitude
• Minimum 1–2 years experience
• Experience in mobile app performance campaigns (CPI/CPL models preferred).
