Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle outbound/inbound sales calls and convert leads into customers
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through research and networking
• Generate leads and convert them into clients to meet sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (2+ years)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of digital marketing and technology services is a plus
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales
• Strong understanding of sales processes, business principles, and financial performance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
