About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in sales and calling. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and able to handle client interactions confidently while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into sales
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate service recommendations
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Keep track of sales activities, follow-up statuses, and maintain CRM data
• Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and service presentations
• Stay updated with company services and industry developments
• Handle client objections professionally and close deals effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sales and calling (mandatory)
• Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and pitch multiple services
• Good command over follow-ups and closing strategies
• Confident personality with customer-handling skills
• Ability to work under target-based environments
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, email handling)

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Full-time office role
