Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, camera-friendly, and social media-savvy individual to manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that informs, engages, and resonates with our audience — and be the face of our brand in many of our video communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Write clear, informative, and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts, and video scripts.
• Appear as the face of the brand in reels, explainers, and other video content.
• Work closely with the creative team for designing graphics, reels, and coordinating shoots.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media formats, audio, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
• Schedule posts using content calendars and monitor performance metrics.
• Engage with followers and manage online community interactions.

Key Specifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (1+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Must be camera-friendly and confident appearing in front of the camera.
• Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and social media strategy.
