Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires Support in drafting HR documents, policies, and internal communications Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Perks: Monthly stipend + performance-based incentives Certificate upon completion of internship Real-time exposure to core HR functions Friendly and growth-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
