Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Networking Engineer to join our team in R K Puram, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing strong security measures. This role requires hands-on experience with network hardware and software, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, Layer 2 & Layer 3 switches, and firewalls (with a focus on Sophos firewalls).
• Handle network cabling (Cat 6) and fiber optics installation and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard systems against threats.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with IT and support teams for network-related requirements and projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Education: Degree or 3-year Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• Certification: A valid and globally recognized CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with Cat 6 cabling and fiber optic networks.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Sophos firewall systems is highly preferred.
