We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team and help expand our customer base and market presence. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth Develop and present customized pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies Track and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven track record in business development, sales, or related role (minimum [X] years for mid/senior roles) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 6-12 months Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
