Amazure Solutions, a E-Commerce Service Agency, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong understanding of DTC to join our team. As a business development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services and offerings.

Client Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value they would receive by partnering with the company.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

Negotiations and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, handle objections, and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and efficient execution of projects.

Professional Development: Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills related to digital marketing trends, sales techniques, and industry developments.

Goal Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth and overall success.

Adherence to Company Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the E-Commerce/ digital marketing domain.
  • Strong knowledge of DTC and its relevance in the E-Commerce/ digital marketing landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented with a passion for achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
