We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Gladwin Electrolinks Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of electrical products.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Market Research & Strategy Development:* Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, target clients, and emerging industry trends.* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the companys client base.

*Sales & Revenue Generation:*
* Identify and engage potential clients within the electrical components industry.* Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.* Develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.

*Client Relationship Management:*
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.* Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential clients, providing consistent customer service and support.

*Cross-Functional Collaboration:*
* Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.* Coordinate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and events.

*Reporting & Forecasting:*
* Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.* Analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.* Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise:* Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry innovations.* Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on electrical components, wiring solutions, and associated products.

*Requirements:*
* Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven business development experience in the electrical components or manufacturing industry.* Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).* Industry Knowledge: Experience in the electrical industry (wiring, connectors, or electrical accessories) is highly preferred.

*Skills:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to develop and implement business strategies.* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
