Job Description:
We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and online platforms
Acquire new clients for IT services (AI, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions)
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closure
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:4–5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Salary:
30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + high incentives
