We are seeking a Business Development Executive who combines digital marketing skills, strong communication, and proactive client engagement to strengthen our brand presence and boost business growth. Key Responsibilities CRM & Client Engagement Handle CRM software for managing leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. Ensure regular follow-ups with leads and clients. Update requirements, client needs, and progress reports with the Director. Convert qualified leads into deals through active communication and nurturing. Sales Coordination Coordinate with the Admin Team to prepare and send quotations/proposals. Track the status of quotations and follow up for closures. Maintain updated records of deals, prospects, and client activities. Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Publish news, updates, and achievements to increase visibility and engagement. Build the brand image by visualizing and showcasing office prosperity online. Marketing & Branding Support Coordinate creation of brochures, posters, business cards, and other materials. Collaborate with creative/media vendors for photography, videography, and campaigns. Support events, exhibitions, and business promotion activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Completed Digital Marketing Course (mandatory). Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up systems. Ability to draft quotations and coordinate between teams. Ability to handle Canva and basic design tools (Photoshop preferred). Creative mindset with exposure to social media content creation. Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
