We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers / Sales Executives to promote and sell financial products such as Loans, Credit Cards, and Health Insurance Policies through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication & Sales skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loans, credit cards, and health insurance policies.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial products.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application process clearly.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.

Follow up on leads and ensure conversion to sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.Good communication and convincing skills.Basic knowledge of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance) preferred.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
