Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Performance Marketer role based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to optimize online performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing advertisements, analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, creating marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing skills, including experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques
• Experience in Content Strategy, Copywriting, and A/B Testing
• Knowledge of Social Media Management and Campaign Optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, technical, and client-facing teams
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience - 3+ years
• Salary - upto 30k
