Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer Specialist based in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing data and metrics, optimizing campaigns for performance, and collaborating with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance and suggesting improvements. Qualifications Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Proven experience in optimizing marketing campaigns for performance Ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment Proficiency in data analysis and reporting A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience - 2+ Years Show more Show less
