Performance Marketer Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing high-converting WhatsApp campaigns via tools like AI Sensy and driving ROI through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads . Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and other digital channels Manage WhatsApp automation tools (e.g., AI Sensy) to run personalized broadcast and drip campaigns Analyze campaign performance metrics and improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Collaborate with design/content teams to develop high-impact creatives A/B test creatives, copies, and CTAs to continuously refine performance Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and prepare performance dashboards Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing Proven expertise in running WhatsApp campaigns using tools like AI Sensy or similar Strong Meta Ads experience (Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, audience targeting) Data-driven mindset with a passion for growth metrics Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms Nice to Have: Experience with retargeting, lead nurturing, or CRM funnels Knowledge of other paid channels (Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn) Show more Show less
