Key Responsibilities

Meta & LinkedIn Ads Specialist

Independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns.

Google Ads & AdSense experience is an added advantage.

Full-Funnel Strategy Ownership

Own the complete funnel: Awareness → Engagement → Retargeting → Nurturing → Lead Conversion.

Tracking Setup & Measurement

Implement and manage Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

Ensure accurate event mapping and data tracking.

Audience Segmentation

Build and refine B2B custom, lookalike, and remarketing audiences.

Deliver highly targeted and relevant ad experiences.

Analytics & Optimization

Track CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS.

Run A/B tests and optimize daily for best performance within defined budgets.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Execute campaigns for nurturing, retargeting, and improving conversion rates.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with content/design teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.

Skills & Experience Required

2–5 years of pure B2B performance marketing experience (not general digital marketing).

Proven history of running Meta & LinkedIn Ads independently — strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.

Must showcase past campaign KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR) during screening.

Strong experience with GA4, Tag Manager, tracking setups, and PPC strategy.

Deep understanding of segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

Excellent analytical ability and ROI-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree required; Google/Meta certifications are a plus.
