Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with a strong background in optimizing

landing pages, managing paid marketing campaigns, and building effective funnels across Google

and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of improving

acquisition, conversion, and overall campaign ROI for Gemba Connect and Gemba Concepts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Landing Page Optimization

- Optimize landing pages for higher conversions (UI/UX improvements, CRO frameworks, A/B

testing).

- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve load speed, structure, and user flow.

- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and performance.

2. SEO Optimization

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimizations.

- Monitor search rankings and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and conversions.

- Track technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.

3. Google Ads Management

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

- Conduct keyword analysis, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.

- Track ROAS, CPA, CPC, and other performance metrics to continually improve results.

4. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Optimization

- Create and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and

remarketing.

- Set up custom & lookalike audiences, test creatives, and optimize campaign budgets.

5. Funnel Building (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

- Build end-to-end marketing funnels for Gemba Connect and Gemba Concepts.

- Set up audience segmentation, automation workflows, retargeting sequences, and conversion

tracking.

- Optimize funnel stages to reduce drop-offs and maximize conversions.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital funnels, and conversion optimization.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and landing-page optimization tools.

- Deep knowledge of SEO practicestechnical, on-page, and off-page.

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.

- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages with platforms like Webflow, WordPress,

Unbounce, or similar.

- Ability to run A/B tests and work with creatives (copy, banners, video assets).

- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Analytical Tools & Tech Skills Required

- Google Analytics (GA4)

- Google Search Console

- Google Tag Manager (GTM)

- Google Data Studio / Looker Studio

- Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager

- Keyword research tools: SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest

- A/B testing tools: Google Optimize (or equivalent)

- Heatmap tools: Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity

- CRM or automation tools: HubSpot / Zoho / Mailchimp (added advantage)

Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles.

- Proven track record of improving ROAS, decreasing CPA, and scaling paid campaigns.
