Role Overview

Organic Content Creator

Roles & Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for blogs, social media, and community platforms.
Develop SEO-optimized content strategies to improve organic visibility, ranking, and traffic.
Research industry trends, keywords, and competitor content to identify opportunities.
Manage and grow brand presence on social media (organic), including engagement and community building.
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
Track content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Repurpose long-form content (blogs, articles, guides) into bite-sized content for social media.

Requirements

2-5 years of proven experience in
B2C content marketing
with a strong focus on organic growth.
Solid understanding of
SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
.
Hands-on experience managing social media channels organically.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong analytical skills to measure content impact (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in
stock markets, trading, wealth management, or financial services
.
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into easy-to-consume content.
Knowledge of investor/trader communities and finance-driven digital trends.
