Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage social media strategy for all platforms
Shoot, edit & produce content with various doctors (reels, interviews, awareness videos)
Coordinate with doctors for digital content schedules
Develop creative digital assets - reels, posts, stories, thumbnails
Handle online reputation management (ORM)
Stay updated on digital trends, formats & algorithms
Promote hospital events, camps, awareness drives, and new services
Ideate new digital campaigns for hospital units & departments
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation
Understanding of brand consistency & visual guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Canva / Photoshop (preferred)
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to create social media creatives, thumbnails, posters
Problem-solving mindset & creativity
Skilled in shooting videos, reels & doctor interviews
Basic video editing skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
