About the Role

Graphic Designers

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality posts, ads, banners, and other digital creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
Translate project briefs into visually appealing and well-crafted communication materials.
Work in unison with copywriters and the creative team to produce cohesive and engaging content.
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Maintain strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and design principles.
Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and changing project requirements.

Required Skill Set

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
in the art/design vertical, preferably with an advertising agency (ATL/Digital), brand, or start-up.
Proven experience in designing
social media creatives, ads, and banners
.
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
.
Strong understanding of
design and visual communication principles
.
Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual accuracy.
Ability to work methodically and consistently meet deadlines.

Language Requirements

Fluent in Bengali, Hindi & English
.
Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi (Reading, writing, speaking & typing) is highly desirable.
Candidates with proficiency in multiple languages will be preferred.
