Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product and creative teams to deliver innovative visual solutions that engage our audience and elevate our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials including social media graphics, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures and presentations.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while producing fresh, innovative designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies to enhance creative output.
Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality production standards.
Provide input on marketing campaigns, visual storytelling and user experience design.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 + years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and branding.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
