Job Description

Job Purpose:

To coordinate external digital marketing agencies responsible for lead generation, brand visibility, and online campaigns for residential real estate projects. This role focuses on lead generation, monitoring performance, campaign alignment, market insights, and coordinating all digital activities to support sales and management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Agency Management

  • Supervise and coordinate with all digital agencies handling performance marketing, SEO, social media, and creatives.
  • Ensure all agency deliverables are aligned with brand standards, campaign objectives, and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings and track SLAs.
  • Provide clear briefs, creative inputs, and campaign direction.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Oversight

  • Review agency-run campaigns across

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube

    .
  • Monitor CPL, CTR, impressions, lead quality, conversion funnel, and ROI.
  • Ensure proper utilization of daily and monthly budgets.
  • Validate audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages as per project needs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of performance issues or drop in lead flow.

3. Market Analysis & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct periodic

    market research

    to understand customer behavior, demand patterns, and digital trends in the real estate sector.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaigns of competitorsad messaging, offers, creatives, budget patterns, portals used, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Share actionable insights with management to refine pricing, offers, and digital strategy.
  • Track new project launches, market positioning, and digital brand presence of key competitors.

4. Website, Landing Pages & SEO Coordination

  • Oversee website updates, project information accuracy, and landing page optimizations.
  • Review SEO reports, keyword performance, and ranking improvements.
  • Ensure websites follow UI/UX, mobile responsiveness, and conversion best practices.

5. Social Media Strategy & Content Alignment

  • Review social media calendars, creatives, reels, and videos created by agencies.
  • Ensure content quality, engagement, and brand tone consistency.
  • Track growth, engagement rate, and sentiment across all platforms.

6. Reporting, Analytics & MIS

  • Verify weekly/monthly dashboards from agencies on leads, conversions, traffic, and ROI.
  • Prepare concise insights for management review.
  • Track campaign-wise performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Coordinate with CRM for source tracking, lead tagging, and follow-up insights from sales.

7. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with sales teams to gather real-time feedback on lead quality and conversion efficiency.
  • Coordinate with CRM, branding, design, and project teams for timely updates and campaign alignment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of

    performance marketing metrics

    and digital funnels.
  • Excellent ability to review, direct, and manage agency performance.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of

    market trends and competitor behavior

    .
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital dashboards.
  • Real estate digital marketing experience preferred.

Preferred Background:

  • Candidate with experience in real estate or managing large-scale digital campaigns.
  • Experience in agency management/client servicing is an advantage.
