Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold leads.
  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team.
  • Schedule follow-up calls, product demos, or meetings for field executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and share relevant information.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve offerings or approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in telecalling or pre-sales

    specifically in the real estate sector

  • Sound understanding of real estate projects, site plans, and sales flow.
