Territory Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

i. Studying the technical details and drawings of client

ii. To Study and to understand the requirement of client w.r.t specification, architectural drawings.

iii. To process enquiry

iv. To analyse estimate, proposal drawings, w.r.t client requirement, specs

v. To prepare techno commercial offer

vi. To submit the offer act as an consultant for optimum solution

vii. To match understanding of client as well as estimate engineer with optimum solution

viii. To prepare job entry documents, to collect advance and signed order copy & timer line from client

ix. To Process Project information System and job documents to Construction department

x. To monitor the job stages based on agreed mile stone

xi. To complete approval activity, to collect payment based on agreed time line

xii. To interact with client, Construction department for day to day activities, Queries, confirmations w.r.t Agreed time lines

xiii. To hand over the project and to close account commercially and technically with Completion letter

xiv. Generate new inquiries within the assigned territory, build brand awareness, and develop new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having 10-12 year experience in Sales of Pre Engineered Building/Structural Steel sector.
