Job Description

Responsibilities :

● Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

● Generate performance reports to track trends and identify growth opportunities.

● Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.

● Drive local campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

● Provide ongoing training to branch managers to enhance sales and operational skills.

● Foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture across teams.

● Review and address underperformance with actionable improvement plans.

● Act as a liaison between store managers and senior management.

● Conduct regular meetings to align store managers with company goals.

● Ensure consistent operational standards in customer service, inventory, and showroom

presentation.

● Resolve operational issues efficiently with branch managers.

● Stay updated on EV regulations and communicate changes to the team.

● Manage optimal inventory levels to meet demand and prevent overstocking.

● Coordinate with procurement teams to address supply chain challenges.

● Oversee the introduction of new EV models, accessories, and services.

● Train teams on new product features and benefits.

● Lead initiatives for customer loyalty and referral programs.

● Collaborate with marketing on territory-wide promotions and events.

● Localize campaigns with branch managers for maximum impact.

● Predict sales trends and prepare for future market demands.

● Leadership: Inspire and guide branch managers and teams across the territory.

● Analytical Thinking and Leverage data for informed decision-making.

● Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the EV market and sales techniques.

● Communication: Clear and persuasive communication to engage with both teams and senior

management.

● Quickly respond to market or operational challenges and Adaptability.

● Technical Knowledge and Familiarity with EVs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
