Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training and supporting the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and working collaboratively to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proven expertise in Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and secure business opportunities while achieving sales targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and reach objectives.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar sales or territory management role, especially in technology or real estate sectors, is advantageous.
