Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers

• Conduct field visits, demos, and promotional activities

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections

Profile Required:

• Graduate in Agriculture or related field (preferred)

• 2–5 years experience in seed/agri-input sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and field execution skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
