Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Year of Exp.: 3 -10 Years

Education: BE. Mechanical Location: Kolhapur, Bhopal, Jaipur

Key responsibility

Sales Target Achievement & Market Coverage

Achieve sales targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the assigned territory. Ensure coverage across geographies and industrial segments to identify new opportunities. Analyze market trends and build a strong funnel aligned with quarterly and annual targets. Map competition activities and track upcoming Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

Consultant & Client Engagement

Work closely with consultants, OEMs, and EPC contractors for project leads and specifications. Get leads from consultants and other sources and build strong relations with high-potential consultants and OEMs. Participate in client meetings and techno-commercial discussions to present offerings and close orders.

Enquiry Generation & Sales Execution

Proactively generate enquiries and manage the full sales process from lead to order closure. Submit customized offers based on customer potential and project needs. Pitch proposals with detailed cost-benefit analyses to OEMs, contractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure regular follow-ups for order finalization.

Customer Relationship Management & Business Growth

Build strong relationships with large corporate customers and business groups. Maintain an updated customer database to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Promote consultancy and engineering services to add value and create differentiation.

Cross-functional Coordination & Execution

Support Coordinate with regional commercial functions and cross-divisional teams to streamline efforts and deliver results. Collaborate with peers from other divisions and regions to explore cross-selling opportunities. Attend internal review meetings and coordinate with sales, service, and project execution teams.

Sales Reporting & Market Feedback

Track and report all sales and marketing activities on a regular basis. Conduct win/loss analysis of orders and implement learnings to improve future performance. Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and customer preferences for strategic decision-making

Product Knowledge & Application Development

Use knowledge of boilers, thermal oil heaters, and steam products to address customer needs. Collaborate with peers from other divisions and regions to explore cross-selling opportunities
