Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operator to join our team at our Chandigarh facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), RO (Reverse Osmosis), and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) systems. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain ETP, RO, and WTP systems effectively. Monitor plant operations and maintain logs of all readings, parameters, and issues. Conduct routine inspections to ensure plant equipment is functioning efficiently. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required. Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and troubleshooting of equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental and operational regulations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the plant area. Prepare daily and monthly reports of plant performance. Candidate Requirements: Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduates with relevant experience can also apply. Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in ETP/RO/WTP operations. Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards and plant hygiene . Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Willingness to work in shifts.
