Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Executive - Budget/SAP/Accounting is responsible for managing budget processes, ensuring timely invoice processing, and providing SAP support to site teams. The role focuses on monitoring compliance, resolving financial and SAP-related issues, and contributing to the development of safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Business Processes: Flag non-compliance in invoice processing against SOP. Ensure timely settlement of open advances and flag long-pending issues for resolution. Provide support in monitoring budget vs. actual figures and flag any discrepancies. Purchase Requisition and Invoice Management: Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) as needed. Support the resolution of delayed Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Service Entry Sheets (SES) in coordination with the site teams. Track and resolve invoice booking delays, particularly related to Finance and Site (F&S) invoices. Coordinate material delivery confirmations with site personnel and ensure timely invoice booking. Monthly Reporting and Compliance Tracking: Prepare and submit a Monthly MIS report on delayed invoice bookings to site teams. Track and report issues related to open PRs, POs, and invoice bookings to ensure smooth financial operations. SAP and Budget Support: Act as a point of contact for Site teams regarding budget and SAP-related issues, offering troubleshooting and resolution in coordination with the Finance and SAP teams. Assist with Monthly/Yearly provision bookings in SAP. Handle vendor and material code creation in SAP and ensure accuracy in system records. Provide SAP refresher training to Wind Site Teams to ensure proper utilization of the system. Key Stakeholders - Internal: HODs Central cluster head, Cluster Head, Site Head, HO & Site O&M team Supporting functions - Techo-commecrial, Safety, HR, Secuirty, Regulatorsy, BD, Legal, TA, Project, Engineering, MAAS, HSE, ESG, Finance, BEx, Land, Insurance, etc. Key Stakeholders - External: Regulatory Authorities (e.g., CEIG, SLDC, NRLDC) Local and State Government Agencies Landowners and Community Groups Solar Equipment Suppliers and Contractors Environmental Agencies and Consultants Investors and Financial Institutions Industry Associations and Partners

Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualifications: MA / M.Com Work Experience: 5+ years of hands on experience.
